Create a Community Through Shared Stories

We’re building a space where people can share their stories, connect with others, and find strength in knowing they’re not alone. Together, we heal.

In Loving Memory, Creating Change

MEE MS;NO was started in honor of my best friend, whom we lost due to her struggle with mental health years ago. She had an incredible energy, spirit, and grace that touched everyone around her. This is about remembering her for the love and positivity she brought into the world, while also raising awareness that we never truly know what someone might be going through. By carrying her light forward, MEE MS;NO is here to make a difference, to inspire compassion, and to keep her memory alive.

A Mother’s Voice for Mental Health

I am the mother of the woman who MEE MS;NO was started for. My daughter had a beautiful loving family, friends, and was active in the schools and community. Her life seemed “perfect “. It wasn’t.

Depression is an illness, and can be difficult to treat. Medications and treatment plans need modifications. She died by suicide in a transition period.

Access to care is paramount as is funding. Mental illness can be genetic, but can also be triggered by events. It knows no age. Times are stressful now, and MEE MS;NO can be a lifeline for needed help and support.

I will miss my daughter for as long as I live, and will do whatever I can to educate and support those in need of help.

— Lynn
